Paint correction is the mechanical process of removing imperfections from your clear coat using a machine polisher, specialized compounds and pads. Instead of filling or masking defects like a glaze or wax, correction levels the clear coat so the defects are permanently gone.
The result is true clarity and depth, and the ideal foundation for a ceramic coating that will lock that finish in for years.

2–4 hours · One step
A finishing polish with an ultra-fine polish and soft foam pad. Removes light haze and micro-marring and boosts gloss. Great for newer vehicles and pre-sale prep.
Single-Stage Correction
3–5 hours · One step
One polishing step with a medium-cut polish. Eliminates light swirls and minor marring and is our go-to prep before ceramic coating.
Two-Stage Correction
5–8 hours · Compound + polish
Compounding removes deeper swirls, light scratches, water spots and oxidation, then a finishing polish refines the finish. Ideal for daily drivers with moderate defects.

Light to moderate imperfections can be fully removed or significantly reduced. Scratches that go through the clear coat into the base coat or primer cannot be polished out. We measure paint thickness to set realistic expectations.
A single-stage correction typically takes 3 to 5 hours and a two-stage 5 to 8 hours. Larger or heavily neglected vehicles can take 8 to 12+ hours, all at your location.
